1. Who we are
This website is operated by D M A T TRADING L.L.C, a limited liability company (single owner) licensed by the Department of Economy & Tourism, Dubai, with its office at Office 102, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of personal data processed through this website.
We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable laws.
2. Data we collect
- Data you provide — name, company, telephone number, e-mail address and the content of your enquiry when you contact us by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp or using the quotation form.
- Technical data — our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of access for security and operational purposes.
- Consent preferences — your cookie choices are stored in your browser's local storage.
We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 and do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- To perform and administer contracts, invoicing and deliveries — performance of a contract and legal obligations (including VAT and commercial record-keeping).
- To secure and maintain the website — our legitimate interests.
- To load optional third-party content (maps) — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data. We may share data, to the extent necessary, with logistics and shipping providers, payment and banking institutions, IT and hosting providers, professional advisors, and public authorities where required by law. Where you choose to load the embedded map, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
5. International transfers
Some service providers (for example e-mail or hosting providers) may process data outside the UAE. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by the PDPL.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a business relationship is established. Transaction records are retained for the periods required by UAE commercial and tax laws (generally at least five years).

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
